Sean Coghlan

Co-Owner & Managing Member

Sean joined the Calais Team in 2007 and holds an MBA from the University of Iowa. His 15+ years corporate management experience is a key element to the smooth flow of Calais business operations. Sean keeps sharp focus to ensure each Calais customer enjoys their experience during the design, build and delivery processes. As the design of your beautiful new home takes shape, Sean oversees it's transition to the construction process through close coordination with your assigned project Build Manager. When your home is complete and ready for move-in, Sean will provide loan closing assistance and oversight for a successful delivery of your new home.

Paul Rostron

Co-Owner & Managing Member

Paul joined the Calais team in 2014 after a successful 20+ year career as a corporate human resources executive and general manager. Paul brings a true customer service perspective to Calais as a four time client of Calais for his personal homes before joining the firm as a co-owner and managing partner. Paul holds a BS degree in Marketing as well as a MBA from the University of Illinois. Paul spends most of his time working with new and prospective clients on the front end of the building process, as well as time developing new locations for Calais to acquire land where our customers can build their dream home.
